Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a type of B cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment
- People whose lymphoma can be measured on scans, using a standard system called the Lugano classification
- People who are reasonably active and able to care for themselves, based on a standard health scoring system (score of 0, 1, or 2 out of 4)
- People who have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- People who agree to use effective contraception throughout the trial and for 90 days after the last dose of the study drug (BTM-3566)
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose lymphoma started in the brain or spinal cord (primary CNS lymphoma)
- People who still have significant side effects (above a mild level, known as Grade 1) from previous cancer treatments
- People with active or uncontrolled neurological conditions such as cancer that has spread to the brain, the lining of the brain, or the spinal cord, unless these have already been fully treated with surgery or radiation
- People who have received any cancer treatment, including radiation aimed at curing the cancer, within the 28 days before starting the study drug
- People who currently have a second, separate cancer elsewhere in the body (exceptions may apply for certain minor skin cancers, early-stage cancers that have been fully treated, or slow-growing prostate cancer being monitored without treatment — confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
