You are over 18 years old
You have been diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis (DVT – a blood clot in a deep vein) that either happened on its own, was caused by a specific event (such as surgery), or is related to cancer

You have been diagnosed with certain types of skin cancer (epithelial or basal cell carcinoma), as these are considered low-risk for the type of blood clot this trial is studying
