Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the inner side of the knee by a doctor, or who meet a set of established medical guidelines for this type of knee osteoarthritis

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had a serious knee injury, knee surgery, or an injection into the knee joint within the past six months

- People who have a neurological condition such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's dementia, or nerve disorders affecting multiple nerves, as these may affect balance

- People who have an inner ear (balance) disorder that could affect their stability
- People who have a long-term health condition that could put them at risk during exercise classes, such as a history of heart failure, stroke, or chronic lung disease
- People who have uncorrected vision problems that may affect their balance
- People who have an inflammatory joint disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, or chronic reactive arthritis
