Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are over 18 years old
  • You are willing and able to sign a written consent form to participate

If you fall into Group A (relapsed/refractory patients):

  • You have been diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment
  • Tissue samples (taken when you were first diagnosed and when your disease returned) are available for testing
  • A blood sample taken when your disease came back (before starting new treatment) is available
  • You have had a PET scan available at the time of joining the study
  • Your medical records, lab results, and scan results from diagnosis and when the disease returned are available

If you fall into Group B (patients who finished first treatment):

  • You have been diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma
  • You have completed your first course of standard treatment (chemotherapy, or chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy)
  • A blood sample taken at least 30 days after your last chemotherapy session is available
  • A tissue sample taken at diagnosis is available
  • No further treatment is currently planned
  • Your medical records, lab results, and scan results are available
  • You are willing to provide blood samples over 6 months and attend regular check-up appointments

If you fall into Group C (patients receiving standard treatment):

  • You have been diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma
  • You are receiving standard treatment following recognised medical guidelines
  • Your treatment details, response to treatment, and follow-up information are available
  • A tissue sample taken at diagnosis is available
  • A PET scan is available at the time of joining the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • People diagnosed with a specific type called "nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma" are not eligible (other subtypes such as nodular sclerosis, mixed cellularity, lymphocyte-rich, and lymphocyte-depleted are eligible — confirm with trial site if unsure of your subtype)
  • People currently living with an active HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C infection
  • People who have another type of cancer that is not being treated with the aim of a cure
