Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have cancer of the esophagus or stomach (including cases that cannot be surgically removed) that has not spread to other parts of the body
• People who have not yet received any treatment for this cancer
• People whose cancer has been confirmed by a laboratory test to be a specific type called adenocarcinoma, and whose cancer has a specific genetic change called an ARID1a mutation, detected through either a blood test or a tissue sample test
• People whose cancer has been tested and shown to be "MSI-Stable" or "pMMR" — meaning it has a particular genetic profile (confirm with trial site for what this means for eligibility)
• People aged 18 or older
• People who weigh more than 66 pounds (approximately 30 kg)
• People who are reasonably active and able to care for themselves, based on a standard medical scoring system called ECOG, with a score of 2 or less (confirm with trial site)
• People for whom it is medically possible to have a repeat biopsy (a procedure to take a small tissue sample)
• People who do not have a significant autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body)
