Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been newly diagnosed with advanced (stage III or IV) high-grade ovarian cancer and are not considered suitable for surgery to remove the tumour as a first step in treatment.
- People who have been newly diagnosed with high-grade ovarian cancer and whose treatment plan includes both chemotherapy and major surgery to remove as much of the cancer as possible.

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has continued to grow or spread during or after chemotherapy.
- People who have a BRCA gene mutation, whether inherited from a family member or developed within the cancer cells themselves.
- People whose cancer has tested positive for a score called HRD (Homologous Recombination Deficiency), which is a marker found through tumour testing that indicates a specific pattern of DNA repair problems in the cancer (confirm with trial site).
