Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You have had fatigue lasting more than 6 months that a doctor has confirmed significantly limits your daily activities by more than 50% compared to your usual level
  • You have at least three of the following symptoms: general muscle weakness, difficulty sleeping, frequent headaches, a sore throat, tenderness in muscles throughout the body, joint pain that moves around, swollen lymph nodes in the neck or armpits, or extreme tiredness lasting more than a day after normal activities

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have received any medical, drug-based, or alternative treatments for your fatigue condition in the 6 months before catching COVID-19 or after recovering from it
  • You have done therapeutic exercise, taken medications, or used any complementary therapies for post-COVID symptoms within the last six months
  • You regularly take antidepressant or antipsychotic medications
  • You regularly take sleeping pills or sleep medications
  • You have an autoimmune disease, cancer, anemia, a hormone/gland disorder, a systemic illness, or arthritis affecting your neck, lower back, or limbs
  • You have had abnormal results in any medical tests — including those checking your nerves, heart, liver, kidneys, urine, or stool — as decided by a doctor
