  • People who have difficulty swallowing, chronic diarrhoea, a bowel blockage, or any active gut or digestive condition that could affect how the trial medicine is absorbed or processed by the body
  • People with a known history of drug allergies or specific allergic conditions such as asthma, hives, or eczema
  • People who have had an active heart condition in the 6 months before the trial's first dose
  • People who have had another type of cancer within the 5 years before the trial's first dose
  • People who test positive for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or syphilis, or who have a serious active infection that requires treatment
