Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy) and has not spread beyond the prostate area
- Your planned treatment is a specific type of focused radiation therapy (called SBRT) delivered in 5 weekly sessions, following an established treatment plan that uses CT or MRI scans to guide each session
- Your prostate cancer is classified as intermediate to high risk, based on certain measurements including tumour size, a scoring system called Gleason score (up to 9), and/or a blood test result called PSA (up to 20 ng/ml)
- Your prostate is larger than 60cc in size and/or you score above 12 on a urinary symptom questionnaire (IPSS), which measures how much your prostate is affecting your ability to urinate

- Your cancer is classified as very high risk based on both a Gleason score of 8 or above and a specific tumour stage (cT3a), and you need hormone-blocking treatments alongside radiation
- Your cancer has spread into the seminal vesicles (the glands attached to the prostate)
- You have a condition that makes this type of radiation therapy unsafe, such as inflammatory bowel disease, previous radiation treatment to your pelvis or prostate, or a reason why you cannot have an MRI or CT scan
- You have severe urinary problems, such as a recent inability to pass urine at all (confirm with trial site)
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes or other parts of your body
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial that could affect the results of this study
