Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 85 years old
- People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy), and does not have a specific subtype called "small cell" features
- People whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body (bone or lymph nodes), with 5 or fewer areas of spread seen on imaging scans, or whose cancer is at an advanced local stage (cT3-4) (confirm with trial site)

- People who are willing to sign a consent form and are able to attend all required treatments and follow-up appointments
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had any previous or ongoing treatment for prostate cancer, including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy
- People who have previously had their prostate surgically removed
- People who have other serious medical, mental, or psychological conditions that the trial doctor believes could affect their participation
- People who are allergic to any of the medications used in this trial
- People who are not willing to undergo surgical removal of the prostate as part of this trial
- People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable to participate for any other reason
