Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older at the time of signing the consent form
- People with advanced breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed and has spread to the brain, confirmed by a tissue or cell test
- People who are planned to receive, are currently receiving, or have already completed radiation treatment to the brain, as decided by a specialist team
- People who are planned to receive or are currently receiving one of the following types of cancer drug (chosen by their doctor) within 3 weeks before, during, or within 3 weeks after brain radiation: ADC drugs (such as T-DXd or T-DM1), CDK4/6 inhibitors, TKI drugs (such as Pyrotinib or Tucatinib), newer chemotherapy drugs (such as Utidelone or Irinotecan liposomes), Bevacizumab, or PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors
- People whose medical history during treatment can be tracked and reviewed
- People able to sign the informed consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has spread to the lining surrounding the brain and spinal cord (called leptomeningeal metastasis)
- People whose brain metastasis is causing neurological symptoms severe enough to make completing radiation treatment difficult
- People who have not signed the informed consent form
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People the study investigator considers unsuitable for the trial for other reasons (confirm with trial site)
