Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have agreed to take part voluntarily and have signed a consent form
- People aged 18 to 75 years old at the time of signing the consent form
- People who have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months before the start of the study
- People whose psoriasis requires whole-body (systemic) treatment and/or light therapy (phototherapy)
- People whose psoriasis meets all three of these severity measures: a PASI score of 12 or higher, psoriasis covering 10% or more of the body surface area, and a doctor's overall severity rating (sPGA) of 3 or higher
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose psoriasis is a type other than plaque psoriasis
- People who have another skin condition that the study doctor believes could interfere with assessments
- People who have an active infection or an immune system disease
- People who have a history of tuberculosis (TB) or are considered at risk of TB
- People who have recently received certain treatments within timeframes set out in the study rules (confirm with trial site)
- People who have recently taken, or plan to take during the study, certain medications that strongly affect the way the body processes some drugs (known as strong CYP1A2/CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers) — specific timing rules apply (confirm with trial site)
- People whose test or laboratory results during the screening period show findings that the study doctor considers a significant health risk for participation
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- People with a history of severe allergic reactions to medicines
- People the study doctor considers unsuitable for participation for any other reason

The proportion of subjects who achieve a score of clear (0) or almost clear (1) with an improvement of at least 2 points from baseline on the static Physician's Global Assessment (sPGA) at week 16; Percentage of subjects who achieved a PASI 75 response (a reduction of minimum 75% from baseline in PASI score) at Week 16
