Who may not be able to join:

  • You have had surgery on either of your legs in the past
  • You have had a broken bone in your knee or any cancer affecting your knee
  • You have a known hip joint condition or have had a previous injury affecting one or both hips
  • You have had a steroid injection directly into your knee within the last 3 months
  • You are currently pregnant
