Who might be able to join this trial:
For the single-dose part of the study (SAD):
- You are a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old
- Men must weigh at least 50 kg and women at least 45 kg, and everyone must weigh no more than 110 kg, with a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 28
- Your general health checks, blood tests, heart tracing (ECG), ultrasound, and chest X-ray results are normal or show nothing of concern
For the multiple-dose part of the study (MAD):
- You are a male or female between 18 and 65 years old
- Men must weigh at least 50 kg and women at least 45 kg, and everyone must weigh no more than 110 kg
- You have been diagnosed with chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, with or without psoriatic arthritis
Who may not be able to join:
For the single-dose part (SAD):
- You have a history of immune system-related conditions or diseases
- You have a history of drug allergies or the investigator believes you may be allergic to the study drug or its ingredients
- You have used illegal drugs in the past 3 months, have a history of drug abuse in the past 5 years, or test positive on a urine drug screen
For the multiple-dose part (MAD):
- You have a type of psoriasis other than chronic plaque psoriasis, such as guttate, pustular, erythrodermic, or drug-induced psoriasis, or another condition that could affect treatment results
- You currently use or have recently used illegal drugs within specific timeframes (confirm with trial site)
- You have a known history of repeated or long-term infections, serious infections such as blood poisoning or pneumonia, or have been hospitalised or received intravenous antibiotics for an infection within the past 2 months
