Who might be able to join this trial:
- You identify as a Black woman
- You are between 18 and 25 years old
- Your body weight falls into the overweight or obese category (BMI of 25 or higher)
- You experience at least one episode of binge eating (eating a large amount of food in a short time, feeling out of control) per week
- You have been told by a doctor that your blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not yet at the level of diabetes (prediabetes)
