Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have been diagnosed with cancer of the bile ducts inside the liver (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma) or cancer of the gallbladder, confirmed by a tissue or cell sample
  • Three separate surgeons have agreed that your tumor cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your doctors expect you to live for at least 12 weeks
  • You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirm with trial site)
  • You are willing to take part and have signed a consent form agreeing to join the study
  • You are able and willing to attend follow-up appointments and report any side effects as required by the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are currently taking or have taken other anti-cancer drugs as part of another research study
  • You have an active autoimmune disease or a history of one, such as lung inflammation, eye inflammation, bowel inflammation, liver inflammation, or thyroid problems, among others
  • You have asthma that requires you to use a bronchodilator (a medication to open your airways) to manage it
  • You have a condition that weakens your immune system, including HIV infection
  • You have heart disease that is causing symptoms or is not well controlled
  • You had a serious infection in the 4 weeks before starting the trial treatment
  • You have previously received a transplanted organ or bone marrow/stem cells from another person
  • You received a live vaccine (such as certain flu or travel vaccines) within 4 weeks before starting treatment
  • You have had another type of cancer anywhere else in the body within the past 5 years
