Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men between 18 and 80 years old
- People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy) as a specific type called acinar adenocarcinoma
- People whose prostate cancer had already spread to other parts of the body at the time it was first diagnosed, based on standard staging guidelines
- People whose cancer had not gotten worse by the time the prostate freezing treatment (cryoablation) was started

Who may not be able to join:
- People with a serious illness that makes the planned treatment unsuitable for them
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, except for certain common skin cancers (non-melanoma skin cancer)
- People who have already received treatments other than those specified in this trial's treatment plan
- People whose prostate cancer has grown into the rectum
- People whose prostate remains larger than 55ml after 6 months of hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy)
