  • You have had or currently have another type of cancer in the last 5 years
  • Your lymphoma has spread to, or is suspected to have spread to, your brain or spinal cord
  • You still have significant side effects from a previous treatment that have not fully cleared up
  • You have previously received a treatment that targets both CD3 and CD20 proteins at the same time
  • You received CAR-T therapy, other immune cell therapy, or a stem cell transplant using your own cells within the last 3 months
  • You have previously been treated with a chemotherapy regimen called R-GemOx or GemOx
  • You have received certain cancer treatments (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, antibody therapy, radiation, or targeted drugs) recently and have not yet completed the required waiting period (confirm with trial site for exact timeframes)
  • You have taken certain approved Chinese herbal medicines with anti-cancer indications recently (confirm with trial site)
  • You had major surgery, a serious injury, or have an untreated wound or fracture within the last 4 weeks, or are expected to need major surgery during the study
  • You have had a significant bleeding event in the last 4 weeks
  • You have had a stroke, blood clot in a vein, pulmonary embolism, or other serious clotting event in the last 6 months
  • You have significant fluid build-up around your lungs, in your abdomen, or around your heart that needs repeated draining

  • You have a significant lung condition, including ongoing lung inflammation needing steroid treatment, or a lung disease called COPD with poor lung function
  • You have a brain condition or significant mental health disorder
  • You have a serious heart condition
  • You have an active or uncontrolled infection (such as pneumonia, syphilis, or tuberculosis)
  • You have an unexplained fever above 38.5°C at the time of screening
  • You require kidney dialysis or have a history of nephrotic syndrome
  • You have a history of a weakened immune system, including HIV
  • You have or have had an autoimmune disease that required treatment
  • You have had or are planning to have an organ transplant, or you have previously had a stem cell transplant using someone else's cells
  • You currently need to take medicines that suppress your immune system
  • You have a known or suspected history of a rare condition called hemophagocytic syndrome (HLH)
  • You are known to be allergic to any ingredients in the study drug
  • You have taken part in another cancer clinical trial very recently (confirm exact timeframe with trial site)
  • Your doctor has any other concern that taking part could put your safety at risk or prevent you from completing the study
