Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
• People whose overall health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range, as measured by a standard cancer performance scale (a score of 0, 1, or 2 on the ECOG scale — confirm with trial site)
• People who have a clinically suspected or confirmed diagnosis of stage II–IV ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, who may still be waiting for staging surgery or biopsy before starting chemotherapy
• People who have ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back at any point, regardless of the type of cancer cells involved
• People who have had a biopsy confirming a new diagnosis of endometrial cancer (certain types) and have plans for surgery, chemotherapy, hormone treatment, or radiation
• People who are willing to wear an activity-tracking device for at least 70% of their waking hours each day (around 11 hours per day) over the 6-month study period
• People who are under the care of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center during the study, whether for treatment, surgery, check-up visits, or periodic consultations even if some treatment is received elsewhere
• People who are willing to fill out questionnaires and provide blood and stool samples during the study for research purposes
• People who have read and signed the required consent form before any study procedures begin
• People who own a smartphone with daily internet access that works with the study's wearable devices and apps (such as Fitbit Sense 2)
• People who are already meeting or exceeding 150 minutes of physical activity per week are still eligible to participate

Who may not be able to join:

• People with a serious psychiatric illness that is not currently stable, including conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, severe personality disorders, or those who have had a suicide attempt or psychiatric hospitalisation within the past 12 months
• People whose doctor estimates their life expectancy to be less than 12 months
• People who have had another invasive cancer diagnosis within the last two years, with the exception of certain non-invasive skin cancers or early-stage cervical changes
• People with a resting heart rate above 120 beats per minute, confirmed on two separate measurements after sitting quietly for 10 minutes
• People with a blood pressure reading above 180/100 mmHg, confirmed on two separate measurements after sitting quietly for 10 minutes
• People who have had unstable chest pain or a heart attack within the past 3 months
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, as confirmed by a urine test during screening
• People who are unable or unwilling to follow the study requirements, including those with cognitive difficulties affecting their ability to consent, language barriers without access to translation services, or lack of access to compatible technology
• People with certain serious medical conditions that the study doctor believes could make participation unsafe or interfere with the study, such as severe lung disease or uncontrolled metabolic conditions
• People who do not provide a valid mobile phone number or do not agree to receive text messages from the study's activity monitoring platform
