Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have given their free and informed consent and signed the consent form
- People who are members or beneficiaries of a health insurance plan

- People who have had surgical removal of part of the small intestine and colon (ileocolic resection), where the affected area of the bowel can be examined by a camera scope (endoscopy), whether this was their first or a repeat operation

- People who are able to understand, write, and read French
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently taking part in another interventional research study

- People whose current Crohn's disease treatment includes medications other than the biologic therapies listed (such as infliximab, adalimumab, vedolizumab, ustekinumab, or risankizumab)
- People who have medical reasons that make surgery unsafe, such as serious heart or blood vessel conditions
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or in labour
