Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who currently smoke, have smoked within the last 6 months, or have a significant smoking history (more than 10 pack-years)
- People who have had a flare-up or worsening of their condition within the 4 weeks before joining
- People who were born prematurely (at or before 36 weeks) or experienced complications around the time of birth
- People with a history of other lung or breathing disorders beyond those listed above
- People whose lung specialist suspects they may have a condition called primary ciliary dyskinesia
- People currently taking mucus-thinning medications
- People with memory, cognitive, or psychiatric difficulties that may affect their ability to participate fully
- People currently receiving certain biologic (targeted antibody) treatments for conditions such as asthma — including specific medications that must have been stopped within a defined period before joining (confirm exact timeframes with trial site)
