Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form, regardless of gender
- Your Body Mass Index (BMI — a measure based on your height and weight) is 18 or above at the time of screening
- You have measurable signs of inflammation in your body at the time of screening
- You are willing to voluntarily sign a consent form before any study activities begin
- You are able to communicate clearly with the research team and are willing to follow all study requirements throughout the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- You currently have an active widespread infection or a serious infection
- You currently have active tuberculosis (TB) or have a hidden/inactive TB infection
- You have lymphoma or a disease involving abnormal growth of lymph cells
- You have high blood pressure that is not well controlled by treatment
- You have been diagnosed with any form of cancer in the past 5 years, or currently have cancer
- You have moderate to severe heart failure
- You have previously had an organ transplant, or have a serious, worsening, or uncontrolled condition affecting any major organ system
- You have certain abnormal results in blood tests or heart tracing (ECG) tests at the time of screening (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a known allergy to the study drug or any of its ingredients
- You have had a problem with alcohol misuse or illegal drug use in the past year
- You have received a live vaccine (such as certain flu or travel vaccines) in the 12 weeks before joining, or plan to receive one during the study
- You have donated around 500 mL of blood in the 8 weeks before joining, or plan to donate blood during the study
