  • People who have previously had or are currently receiving any treatment for prostate cancer, including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy (ADT)
  • People who have previously had surgery to remove the prostate (prostatectomy)
  • People who have other serious medical, mental, or psychological health conditions that, in the treating doctor's opinion, could affect their treatment
  • People who are allergic to any of the medications used in this trial
  • People who are unwilling to undergo surgery to remove the prostate as part of the trial
  • People who, in the trial doctor's judgment, are otherwise not suitable to take part in this trial
