Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 50 years of age or older
• You have been diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, or vascular dementia (confirm with trial site for exact diagnosis criteria)

• You cannot give consent yourself and there is no one available to consent on your behalf
• You do not have a person in your life who could be interviewed as part of the study
• You have a history of epilepsy or seizures
• You have been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia
• You are currently taking medication that lowers the threshold for seizures (excluding blood thinners)
• You are currently taking anti-amyloid antibody treatments (past treatment may be acceptable if stopped at least 3 months ago — confirm with trial site)
• You have a current or past history of depression, bipolar disorder, a psychotic disorder, or another neurological or psychiatric condition that the study doctor feels would interfere with the trial
• You have severe agitation that would make it difficult to take part in study procedures
• You have had an alcohol or substance use disorder within the last 5 years, or you have severe sleep deprivation
• You have had major surgery requiring general anesthesia and more than one week in hospital within the last 4 weeks
• The shape of your head does not allow the treatment device to fit properly (confirm with trial site)
• You have taken part in another clinical trial within the last 30 days
• You have metal implants in your head, such as cochlear implants, brain stimulators, or aneurysm clips (metal implants in the mouth are acceptable)
• You have a condition that would make blood draws significantly more risky for you
