Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically adenocarcinoma) confirmed by biopsy, and who have already had their prostate surgically removed (radical prostatectomy) as a curative treatment.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently receiving hormone-blocking therapy for prostate cancer, including surgical removal of the testicles, hormone injections or implants, or anti-androgen medications (either alone or in combination).
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial using an experimental treatment for prostate cancer, where that treatment was taken within a specific recent time window before the scan (confirm with trial site).
- People who have had an allergic reaction to flotufolastat F 18 or to chemically similar substances used in this study.
- People who have received an X-ray contrast dye within 24 hours before the scan, or another PET imaging agent within 24 hours (or longer, depending on the agent) before the scan.
