Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 75 years old, of any gender

• People whose organ function tests show no reasons that would prevent surgery
• People whose blood test results before treatment show that bone marrow, liver, and kidney function meet specific minimum levels — including adequate red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and liver and kidney markers — without needing a blood transfusion or blood-stimulating medications in the 14 days before screening
• People who are able to understand and willingly sign a consent form for the study

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had another type of cancer within the past 5 years (though some fully treated early-stage cancers, such as certain skin cancers, cervical carcinoma in situ, or prostate carcinoma in situ, may still be eligible — confirm with trial site)
• People with serious heart or blood vessel conditions, including heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack, poorly controlled irregular heartbeat, or a stroke within the past 12 months; high blood pressure not controlled by medication; or a history of a severe high-blood-pressure crisis
• People with a history of a lung condition called interstitial lung disease, or pneumonia that required steroid treatment, that is still active at the time of joining
• People who carry or are infected with certain bloodborne infections, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, or HIV
• People who have had a severe allergic reaction to the chemotherapy drugs used in this trial (paclitaxel or carboplatin) or to any monoclonal antibody medications
• People who have an active autoimmune disease that has required ongoing medical treatment within the past 2 years (some hormone replacement therapies are exceptions — confirm with trial site)
• People who are currently pregnant
• People who the trial investigators assess, based on overall review, as not suitable to participate
