Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have had a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis.
- You had high blood pressure or diabetes before being registered in the study's participating hospitals or before your COVID-19 diagnosis.
- You have had two or more symptoms related to long COVID that have lasted for at least 4 weeks (symptoms may be constant or come and go).
- At least one of your ongoing symptoms affects your ability to carry out daily activities — these can be physical symptoms (such as tiredness, shortness of breath, muscle or joint pain) or mental/emotional symptoms (such as memory problems, sleep difficulties, or mood changes).
- Your symptoms are not better explained by another illness or condition you had before or alongside your COVID-19 infection.
- You are able to read and participate in rehabilitation sessions focused on physical and cognitive (thinking and memory) recovery, or receive health information messages.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are older than 80 years of age.
- You had serious, advanced health conditions before your COVID-19 infection.
- You have a chronic lung disease requiring extra oxygen, significant heart failure, or advanced kidney disease (confirm with trial site).
- You were hospitalised twice in the year before joining the study due to a pre-existing health condition.
- You rely on a caregiver to help you with daily activities.
- You have bone, joint, or heart/lung problems that make aerobic exercise (such as walking or cycling) unsafe for you.
- You have neurological, psychiatric, or cognitive difficulties that prevent you from understanding instructions or completing attention and thinking exercises.
