Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People with a type of large B-cell lymphoma that involves the central nervous system (brain/spinal cord), which has come back or stopped responding to treatment after at least one prior treatment, and who have shown a complete or partial response to follow-up treatment with a currently stable status
- People with a general health score of 0–2 on a standard medical scale (meaning able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation) (confirm with trial site)

- People who are willing and able to use contraception during the trial

Who may not be able to join:
- People with severe, active symptoms affecting the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord)

- People who have received a live vaccine within 30 days before the study treatment is due to start
- People who have an active autoimmune disease that required whole-body (systemic) treatment within the past 12 months
- People with a known allergy to the study drug, or a history of severe allergic reactions
- People considered to have a significant risk of dangerous irregular heart rhythms
- People who have had a stroke or bleeding in the brain within the 3 months before starting the study drug
- People who have, or have had within the past 3 years, another type of cancer
- People whose overall health circumstances, in the treating doctor's judgement, could interfere with safe or meaningful participation in the trial
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
