Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a serious, long-term condition where blood flow to a limb is severely reduced, classified as "Rutherford 5" (this typically means there is tissue loss such as ulcers or gangrene — confirm with trial site)

- People whose life expectancy is less than one year
