Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (male or female)
- You have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema) using a specific medical standard, and you have had eczema/atopic dermatitis for at least 1 year before joining the study
- At the time of screening and the start of the trial, your condition is rated as "2" or "3" on a standard severity scale (meaning mild to moderate symptoms)
- Your atopic dermatitis affects the head and neck (not including the scalp), trunk (chest/back/stomach), and/or limbs (arms and legs), covering between 3% and 20% of your total body surface area
Who may not be able to join:
- You have other health conditions or circumstances that the study doctor believes could interfere with how the study results are measured
- Your atopic dermatitis is considered unstable by the study doctor — meaning it is either getting much better on its own or getting much worse very quickly
- You have received a biologic medication (such as Dupilumab) for atopic dermatitis within the past 3 months before the study starts, or within a certain timeframe based on how long the drug stays in your body (whichever is longer)
- You have taken certain oral or topical JAK inhibitor medications (such as Tofacitinib, Upadacitinib, Baricitinib, Abrocitinib, or similar drugs) within 4 weeks before the study starts, or within a certain timeframe based on how long the drug stays in your body (whichever is longer)
