Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are at least 18 years old and have agreed to take part by signing a consent form.
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation from your illness (confirm with trial site for exact details).
• You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery or treated with radiation to cure it.
• Your cancer can be measured on scans according to standard guidelines.
• Your bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting are all working well enough (confirm with trial site for specific levels).
• You have already received one or two previous cancer treatments, which must have included an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1) and a platinum-based chemotherapy.
• Your cancer has been tested and found to have a specific type of genetic change (mutation) in a gene called KRAS, NRAS, or HRAS at certain locations.
• You are able to swallow and digest oral (by mouth) medication.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously received a treatment that directly targets the RAS gene mutation, or you have previously been treated with a chemotherapy drug called docetaxel.
• You have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord that has not yet been treated.
• You have serious existing health conditions affecting your heart, lungs, or digestive system.
• You are currently receiving any other cancer treatment.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
