Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with a heart defect present from birth that is causing the heart to not work properly
- People who have received steroid medications for 14 days or more, certain targeted cancer drugs for more than 7 days within the month before joining, or any chemotherapy or radiation therapy within the 3 months before joining (with a possible exception for emergency radiation used to help with breathing difficulties — confirm with trial site)
