Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer (any subtype) at stage III or IV.

- People whose cancer is considered too widespread to be removed by surgery, for example those with multiple tumours spread through the liver, large clusters of affected lymph nodes above the kidneys, cancer spread above the diaphragm, or extensive involvement of the intestines and the tissue that holds them in place.
