Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old and have been diagnosed with long-term eczema on your hands, whether caused by internal factors (like skin sensitivity) or external triggers (like contact with certain substances)
- Your hand eczema has been present for at least 3 months, or you have had 2 or more flare-ups in the past year
- You have atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema) affecting your hands and other parts of your body, as long as less than 30% of your total body surface is affected by eczema lesions

- You are currently using or have previously used medications that suppress the immune system, or biological treatments (injections or infusions that target specific parts of the immune system), which could affect your hand eczema — short courses of steroid tablets lasting less than one month may be an exception (confirm with trial site)
- You have taken steroid tablets or similar medications within the last month before joining the study
- You have used steroid creams, ointments, or similar skin treatments (including calcineurin inhibitor creams) within one week before joining the study
- Your hand eczema is caused by a combination of different triggers (for example, both allergic reactions and atopic skin), or your eczema cause cannot be clearly identified — these cases would be excluded from the study's data analysis (confirm with trial site)
