Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a condition called large vessel vasculitis (a disease that causes inflammation in large blood vessels) and it has been in remission (not active) for at least 6 months.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old
- Your large vessel vasculitis is currently active (not in remission)
- You have received an organ transplant at any point
- You are taking medications that cannot be safely used alongside the study drugs Bosentan or dapagliflozin (confirm with trial site)
- You have congestive cardiac failure (a condition where the heart does not pump blood effectively)
- You are not well enough physically to attend the required study visits
- You are unable or unwilling to give your informed consent to take part in the study
- You have a history of multiple or severe allergic reactions to medicines (including the study drugs) or food
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within 28 days before this study starts, or plan to join another trial within 90 days after this study ends
