Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have had their first-ever stroke (either a blockage-type or bleeding-type stroke)

  • People whose blood test results show certain liver or kidney markers above specified levels (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have an existing medical condition where life expectancy is less than one year
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical treatment study
