Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 70 years old at the time of giving consent.
• People who are willing and able to attend all required study visits and follow the study requirements.

• People with a specific type of lupus kidney disease (called lupus nephritis, Classes III, IV, or V) confirmed by a kidney biopsy taken within the past 6 months or during the screening period.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously received a type of treatment called CAR T-cell therapy for any condition.
• People who have previously received any treatment specifically targeting proteins called CD19 or BCMA.
• People who have had a stem cell transplant of any kind (using their own cells or someone else's).
• People who currently have an active cancer that is growing or requires ongoing treatment.
• People who have a primary immune deficiency (a condition where the immune system does not work properly from birth or due to genetics).
• People who currently have an active viral or bacterial infection.
