Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been formally diagnosed with Crohn's disease (CD) according to specific medical guidelines
- Your Crohn's disease is considered moderate to severe, based on a standard scoring system called the CDAI (confirm with trial site)

- You have a history of cancer

- Your white blood cell counts (neutrophils or lymphocytes) are too low, which can affect your ability to fight infection (confirm with trial site)
- You have complications in your bowel, such as a narrowing or an abnormal tunnel between organs, confirmed by a special scan
- You have a stoma (a surgically created opening from the bowel to the surface of the body)
- You currently have a serious active infection, such as blood poisoning (sepsis), active tuberculosis, or shingles
- You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- You have a fistula (an abnormal tunnel) connected to the vagina
- You have a narrowing of the back passage (rectum or anus)
