Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People (male or female) who have been diagnosed with stage II or III breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive and HER2-negative, confirmed by a tissue biopsy, and who have already received full curative treatment for it
  • People who are 18 years of age or older at the time they start taking the study medication ribociclib
  • People who have been prescribed a combination of ribociclib and a type of hormone-blocking medicine called an aromatase inhibitor (AI), with or without an additional hormone-suppressing injection, no more than 28 days before agreeing to join the study
  • People for whom hormone therapy with an aromatase inhibitor (with or without a hormone-suppressing injection) was started no earlier than 12 months before beginning ribociclib
  • People who are willing and able to provide written agreement to participate in the study

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves a medical treatment or intervention at the time of joining this study
  • People who are currently receiving active treatment for a cancer other than breast cancer at the time of enrollment
