Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men aged 18 or older
- People who are willing to participate and able to sign a consent form showing they understand what the study involves
- People who have previously had their prostate removed (radical prostatectomy) due to a confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis
- People whose PSA level (a blood marker related to prostate cancer) has risen to between 0.20 and 0.75 ng/mL after prostate removal, and who have not previously had salvage radiation therapy
- People who have had a specific type of prostate cancer scan (called a 68Ga PSMA-11 PET/CT scan) within the last 4 weeks
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had salvage radiation therapy for prostate cancer recurrence, or for whom radiation therapy is not medically suitable
- People who currently have or have a history of another active cancer (other than prostate cancer), based on the treating doctor's assessment
- People with a known or expected allergic reaction to the study imaging agent (64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA)
- People who have received systemic treatments for prostate cancer that has spread, including hormone-reducing therapies (androgen deprivation therapy)
