Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
- People who have already been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (a group of conditions that cause scarring or inflammation in the lungs)
- People whose lungs have a reduced ability to transfer oxygen into the blood, measured at a specific low level on a breathing test done within the 3 months before signing the consent form

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), including those who have been prescribed medication specifically for this condition
- People who have had a right heart catheterisation procedure in the past year, or who already have one scheduled but not yet completed at the time of consent
- People whose heart's main pumping chamber is found to be significantly weakened (pumping at 40% or less of normal capacity) on their most recent heart scan, if one is available
- People whose ECG (heart tracing) results, using a specific analysis tool called Tempus PH, cannot be classified after two attempts
- People for whom the right heart catheterisation procedure is medically unsafe — for example, due to pregnancy or having a mechanical heart valve on the right side of the heart
- People whose doctor believes that, if directed to have a right heart catheterisation as part of the study, the risks of that procedure would outweigh the potential benefits for them
- People who have another serious illness that is expected to limit their life expectancy to less than 6 months
- People who have a medical or personal circumstance that the study doctor believes would make it difficult for them to safely participate in or complete the study
