  • People who have a pre-existing physical limitation affecting the arm or shoulder due to a bone or joint condition
  • People who have pain in their arm or hand
  • People who have neurological conditions other than stroke, or who have psychiatric or psychological conditions that could affect their ability to give informed consent or participate fully in the study
