Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 70 years old (inclusive) at the time of signing the consent form
• You have been diagnosed with plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months before your screening visit
• At least 10% of your body surface area is affected by psoriasis at the time of screening and when the study begins
• Your psoriasis is rated as moderately severe or worse based on two standard medical scoring tools (PASI score of 12 or higher, and a physician's overall rating of 3 or higher) at screening and when the study begins

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a type of psoriasis other than plaque psoriasis, such as erythrodermic, guttate, inverse, pustular, or drug-induced psoriasis
• You have uncontrolled high blood pressure, meaning your blood pressure readings are consistently 160/100 mm Hg or above (confirm with trial site)
• You have been diagnosed with severe heart failure classified as Class III or IV by standard heart failure guidelines (confirm with trial site)
• You have a history of long-term, recurring bacterial infections, such as chronic kidney infections, chronic lung infections, or chronic bone infections
