Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have Crohn's disease (a type of inflammatory bowel condition) and have been recommended for surgery to remove part of the intestine and reconnect it
- People who had their Crohn's disease formally diagnosed before their planned surgery
- People aged between 18 and 65 years old

- People for whom ustekinumab has previously been tried and did not work
- People who are pregnant, or who have serious problems with organs outside the intestine, a tumour, or a rheumatological or immune system disease (confirm with trial site for full details)
