Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has not spread beyond the prostate (confirmed by a tissue biopsy)
- Your cancer is at an early, localised stage (stages cT1 to T2c, with no spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body)
- Your cancer grade is considered low to intermediate (Gleason score of 7 or below, or ISUP Grade Group 1–3)

- You are 18 years of age or older

- The size of your prostate is smaller than 80 cm³ (a measurement usually taken by scan)

- You are willing and able to give written consent to take part

- You have previously had radiotherapy to the pelvic area (the lower abdomen/hip region)
- You have previously had certain prostate procedures, including keyhole surgery through the urethra, laser treatment, or prostate tissue removal
- You have a reason why you cannot have an MRI scan or cannot have small marker implants placed in your prostate — for example, a gold allergy (confirm with trial site)
- You have a serious health condition that may make it difficult to complete the treatment as required (confirm with trial site)
- You are not legally able to give consent, or you are unwilling to provide written informed consent
