Who might be able to join this trial:

• People whose brain CT scan shows a growth or mass in the brain, or bleeding in the brain
• People who are pregnant
• People who do not wish to take part in the study

• People who have chronic kidney disease (long-term reduced kidney function)
• People who have a pre-existing neurological condition, such as a muscle disease (myopathy) or multiple sclerosis, identified through examination or previous test results
• People in whom safe access to a blood vessel cannot be achieved (confirm with trial site)
• People whose skull does not allow adequate ultrasound signals to pass through the temple area of the head (confirm with trial site)
