Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer confirmed by a tissue test (pathology)
- People whose breast cancer is classified as Stage IIB, IIC, or Stage III (a moderately advanced to advanced stage)
- People whose treatment plan includes chemotherapy and radiation therapy given after surgery
- People who are healthy enough to receive chemotherapy and radiation therapy after surgery

- People who received all of their chemotherapy before surgery (rather than after)

- People who have breast cancer on both sides and would need radiation therapy to both sides of the chest
- People whose treatment plan includes radiation therapy directed at cancer that has spread to a small number of other sites in the body
- People whose body shape or anatomy may cause the heart or lungs to receive too high a dose of radiation during treatment (confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant
