Who might be able to join this trial:
- The patient themselves, and/or their legal guardian, must agree to take part and sign a consent form
- People diagnosed with acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or has not responded to previous treatment
- People whose cancer cells have been tested and shown to carry specific proteins called CD19 and CD22
- People whose liver, kidney, lung, and heart are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements
- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be more than 3 months
- Women who could become pregnant, and all male participants past adolescence, must be willing to use highly effective contraception for 1 year after receiving the treatment, and must agree not to donate eggs or sperm for assisted reproduction during that same period
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has spread to the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and is currently active there
- People whose leukemia has come back only in areas outside the bone marrow
- People who have had a moderate or severe immune reaction to a previous stem cell or bone marrow transplant (called graft-versus-host disease, grade 2 or higher) within the 4 weeks before screening
- People who have previously received a type of treatment called CAR-T therapy, or any other treatment that is listed as not permitted in this trial
- People who received certain treatments not permitted by this trial before the blood collection step or before receiving the trial treatment
- People who have had another active cancer in the past 5 years
- People who test positive for certain infections, including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, EBV, CMV, or HTLV
- People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for any other reason
