Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between 18 and 35 years old who are right-handed
- People who have completed more than primary school education
- People who have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa according to standard psychiatric guidelines (DSM-5), with a body mass index (BMI) between 13.0 and 18.5 — a measure of body weight relative to height
- People who have not received nutritional therapy, psychiatric medications, or any form of talking therapy in the month before joining the trial
- People who are able to understand what the study involves and agree to take part by signing a consent form

- People who have been diagnosed with any other psychiatric condition listed in the DSM-5 (besides anorexia nervosa), or who are considered at high risk of suicide, or who show strong impulsive or anti-social behaviour
- People with serious physical health problems or significant difficulties with thinking, memory, or understanding
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan (for example, due to metal implants or claustrophobia) (confirm with trial site)
- People whom the trial team considers unsuitable for other reasons (confirm with trial site)
