  • You have been officially diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (PD) according to recognised international medical guidelines

  • You have a current or past serious physical, neurological, or mental health condition that the trial doctor believes could affect your safety or the study results
  • You have previously received gene therapy or cell therapy of any kind
  • You have previously had medication delivered directly into your small intestine or under your skin as a treatment for Parkinson's
  • You have previously had brain surgery, radiation to the brain, deep brain stimulation, or surgery inside the spinal canal
  • You have any medical reason that would prevent you from having surgery, general anaesthetic, cell therapy, immune-suppressing drugs, PET scans, or MRI scans
  • You currently have an active infection (such as HIV, hepatitis B or C, CMV, syphilis, or tuberculosis) or any condition that the doctor believes could make immune-suppressing treatment risky for you
  • You have had cancer or a malignant disease within the past 5 years
  • You are currently taking long-term medication that suppresses your immune system
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial and received an active experimental treatment recently (confirm exact timing with trial site)
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
